About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at NCR Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Governance - Establish and maintain aligned governance models with clients, ensuring daily interactions and delivering services contract terms throughout the agreement lifecycle.
  • Service Performance Delivery of KPIs - Ensure data integrity within our systems and maintain working relationships with clients and internal organizations.
  • Entitlement - Accurately and timely manage asset entitlement, a critical responsibility of this role.
  • Bad Actor & Chronic Units - Identify and improve hardware that repeatedly fails to meet quality and performance standards.
  • Customer Engineer Support - Provide general and/or account-specific support to customer engineers.
  • AR Invoices - Manage accounts receivable legal claims for payment collected within contract terms.
  • SLA Penalties - Manage penalties assessed if Service Level Agreements are breached.
  • Parts & Logistics - Ensure parts are in the right place at the right time, working with logistics teams.
Requirements
  • Technical/Vocational certification or High School diploma or, 0-1 years of related experience
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and/or technical experience, preferably within NCR Services
  • Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software, excellent in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Willingness to work non-standard business hours as required by clients.

  • Experience in NCR Solutions
  • Experience working in a managed services environment
  • Experience in Tableau and/or Azure
