SalaryWe offer a competitive base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus bonus incentives and comprehensive benefits.
About the RoleJob DescriptionThe Colleague Experience Group (CEG) within American Express is focused on providing a great colleague experience, every day. As Executive Assistant to Vice President, Intl. CSP & GTA office in Mexico, you will be focused on colleagues based in Canada, US, Mexico, and Argentina leading and supporting workstreams that deliver market colleague priorities across Culture, Careers, Recruiting and Well-being.
You will provide administrative support to senior leaders, manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and perform various other tasks as needed.
Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Coordinate multiple calendars, understand meeting purpose, ensure advance preparation and reviews of content, coordinate across senior business leaders, dispersed locations, and different time zones.
- Meeting Logistics: Manage comprehensive agendas, logistics, and delivery support for senior leader market visits.
- Travel Arrangements: Book international/Domestic travel with knowledge of Amex travel booking tools, preferred vendors, and associated policies. Build detailed itineraries and provide advance preparation for VPs.
- Expense Reports: Ensure timely preparation and processing of expense reports; reviewing expenses submitted to leader and highlighting any out of policy spend; tracking and processing of invoices.
- Administrative Tasks: In conjunction with other Executive Assistants, organize and coordinate activities associated with Town Halls, and other employee-related activities and events.
We are looking for an exceptional individual with:
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and with strong attention to detail and timely follow-up.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong PC skills in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; strong relationship-building, interpersonal, influencing, and collaborating skills across multiple band levels.
- Fully trustable and able to manage confidential information.
