About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Assurance Supervisor to join our team at OpenTable. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for managing a team of CX Assurance Specialists, ensuring the team meets its goal of driving positive customer experiences throughout OpenTable.

Your primary focus will be on coaching and guiding the team, developing and implementing experience assurance policies and procedures, conducting quality audits, providing training to team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.

You will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction, and your role will be critical in shaping the future of our customer experience.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and inspiring individual who is dedicated to making a tangible impact on our customer experience. You will be a natural leader, with a hands-on approach and a forward-thinking demeanor. You will be able to establish strong relationships with your team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

You will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be proficient in Excel and G-Suite, and have a strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with 3-4 years of supervisory experience, with 1+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role or equivalent experience. Previous experience with AI tools focused on customer experience is a plus.

You will have a strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices, and be able to develop and implement effective quality assurance policies and procedures.
