About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This full-time position involves providing technical support to customers via phone calls and resolving hardware and software issues.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages;
- Answering technical support calls and escalating to other support groups when necessary;
- Documenting troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests;
- Applying diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service;
- Advanced English language skills;
- Availability to work 45 hours per week, including afternoon and night shifts;
- An interest in working in an IT environment.
