Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, and media representatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital branding strategies that enhance our corporate image and reputation;
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to foster a sense of community and connection with our audience;
- Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials, including press releases, brochures, and website content;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop internal and external communication campaigns that align with our business objectives;
- Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of our communication efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in branding, internal and external communications, and copywriting;
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and formats;
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality;
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
