Job Summary

The Director of Rooms Operations is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the Rooms Division at Rosewood Mandarina. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead, manage, and organize all aspects of the department to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the Rooms Division team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives and lead their execution.
  • Quality and Service Standards: Ensure the highest quality of service and maintain the hotel's 5-star status in Forbes.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the development and management of the annual operating budget, including capital expenditures, to achieve or exceed budget expectations.
  • Team Development: Create development plans and develop team members based on their individual strengths, development needs, career aspirations, and abilities.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community service events sponsored by the hotel and Rosewood Hotels and Resorts to build teamwork and enhance community relationships.
Requirements
