Job Summary:

The Senior Customer Service Representative will play a key role in supporting the processes and activities that directly impact the Customer Experience during their credit life cycle. This position will focus on analyzing, implementing, and improving Customer Service processes to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Customer Experience by reviewing and improving Customer Service processes.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting related to assigned processes.
  • Participate in special assignments and attend weekly meetings with the GMM to escalate and follow up on customer requirements related to vehicle quality.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in tickets to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers at the local office and be responsible for lien release processes and customer retail contracts storage and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Customer service values and orientation.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) written and verbal skills.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to organizational challenges and data management and reporting skills.
