About the Role:

The Sales and Marketing Director will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, tour operators, and destination management companies.
  • Manage and optimize our sales funnel to ensure maximum conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to inform data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
