Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**
Azelis is a leading global innovation service provider in the specialty chemical and food ingredients industry, present in 63 countries across the globe with over 3,800 employees. We offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for our principals in the Mexican market.
- Grow assigned territory at or in excess of agreed-upon budget level.
- Optimize sales based on products with high margin and acceptance in the Mexican market.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- College degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 5+ years of previous experience in the Personal Care market in Mexico.
- Good knowledge of products and applications in the industry.
- Fast learner with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with strong communication skills (written and oral).
- Prioritizes and plans work activities using time efficiently.
**Estimated Salary**: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
