Business Development Training Manager, Mexico

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Training Manager to join our team in Mexico. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of training program design, delivery, and management.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify individual and departmental training needs.
- Conduct training sessions using diverse methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning, role-playing, simulations, etc.
- 5-10 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar role in a Professional Services consulting firm, or SaaS Technology.
- Experience designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is a full-time position based in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.
