About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Solutions Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of AWS Storage services across LATAM customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thought Leadership: Evangelize AWS Storage services and share best practices with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Data, and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and provide guidance on customer engagements.
  • Technical Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and the AWS Storage services teams to provide customer-driven product improvement feedback.
  • Community Development: Develop and support an AWS internal community of Data and AI related subject matter experts worldwide, creating field enablement materials for the broader SA population.
  • Customer Advisor: Implement and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms under Gen AI, building prototypes, PoCs, and exploring new solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
  • +5 years of experience with Storage Solutions - On premises or Cloud Based
  • Fluency in English
  • Working control of Portuguese
