Key Account Manager Director

Job DescriptionThe Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing retail programs with existing and new customers in Mexico.
This includes negotiating trading terms and conditions, developing and maintaining budgets for agents, and organizing channel strategies to increase performance of existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer products industry, and will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow retail programs with existing and new customers in Mexico
- Negotiate trading terms and conditions with customers
- Develop and maintain budgets for agents
- Organize channel strategies to increase performance of existing customers
- Identify key issues and opportunities and develop appropriate action plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience working in the consumer products industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Moose Toys offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
In addition to a base salary, employees may also be eligible for bonuses, stock options, and other benefits.
