Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Training People Manager to drive the development of our high-performing training team. This role involves establishing performance goals, conducting regular evaluations, and providing coaching and mentorship to ensure team members are equipped to deliver impactful learning experiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Trainer and Instructional Designer Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular check-ins, and provide actionable feedback to drive individual growth and team success.
- Continuous Development of Trainers and Instructional Designers: Design and implement comprehensive development programs to enhance skills, leadership capabilities, and instructional design techniques.
- Simplifying and Accelerating Delivery Process: Streamline workflows and processes to simplify the delivery of training materials and accelerate the time-to-market for educational solutions.
- Team Engagement and Culture Building: Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the training and instructional design teams.
- Proven ability to drive high-performance teams, setting clear expectations and delivering measurable results.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and inspiring others.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate trainer performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
