**The Role of a Services Consultant**
A Services Consultant is a key member of our team, responsible for driving the design and configuration of the Zendesk Product. This involves working closely with customers and engagement managers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Services Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the design and configuration of the Zendesk Product based on customer needs and business requirements
- Executing on Professional Services Launch Packages and existing customer Optimizations effectively within scope, time, and budget
- Working independently and collaboratively with customers and engagement managers to deliver high-quality results
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing success with Zendesk
