Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead our NPI programs and teams at Integer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct supervision to engineers and engineering technicians, ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and direct a team of engineering technicians and engineers in support of one or more product lines or process areas within a manufacturing site.
  • Objective Setting: Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for team members and ensure effective communication throughout the team.
  • Quality Culture: Engrave a culture of quality amongst the team, ensuring compliance to the established Quality Management System.
  • Accountability: Encourage teamwork and ensure accountability within the team and across interactions with others inside and outside Integer.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment where team members feel supported and openly communicate opportunities and issues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements.
  • Program Management: Plan, execute, and manage program activities utilizing cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop customer relationships to foster effective communication, establish program expectations, and minimize program risks.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of external customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Risk Management: Identify program risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to maintain program expectations.
  • Change Management: Identify, create, and communicate change of scope requests to program stakeholders.
  • Leadership Development: Instill leadership principles and accountability within project teams.
  • Quality and Regulatory: Follow and develop Quality and Regulatory requirements, including policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Apply and promote Lean manufacturing techniques to continuously improve cycle times and process flows.
  • Six Sigma: Apply and lead DMAIC - Six Sigma approaches to solve issues and reduce variation in all manufacturing and business processes.
  • Financial Management: Take financial responsibility for activities to create a positive impact on the business.
