You will also train and develop the competencies of each person who is part of our team, ensuring a healthy and harmonious work environment that complies with legal and environmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection of ideal personnel to fill vacant positions, verifying and comparing the profile of the position against the competencies of candidates.
- Supervise activities to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies of personnel, through the appropriate selection of instructors and courses based on the detection of training needs.
- Review and update the table of skills of unionized personnel, considering their knowledge, skills, and experience to place them in the category that corresponds to them.
- Supervise, together with company leaders, the detection of staff training needs, comparing the competencies of staff against the profiles of each position to develop areas of opportunity detected.
- Keep track of the expiration of employees' individual employment contracts, reviewing their start and end dates for timely renewal or termination of the employment relationship.
- Apply the service survey and analyze its results to develop an improvement program and address areas detected for improvement in a timely manner.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual training program, monitor its compliance, and registration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare to comply with corresponding legal aspects.
- Attend to labor requirements before the STPS by submitting documentation and attending required hearings to avoid fines and labor disputes.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
