Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at JumpCloud. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a fast-paced, SaaS-based company that is passionate about solving challenging technical problems.

About the Role:

  • This role is responsible for expanding existing customer relationships and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and goals, and develop targeted solutions to meet those needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as you will be working with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, as well as external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand existing customer relationships and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, and develop targeted solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage these insights to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with identity and access management solutions.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

Location:

JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.

Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year.
