The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and production management, with a solid understanding of Java and Unix/Linux environments. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers, utilizing knowledge of software development and production management principles.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions to technical issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed bug reports and documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and process improvement.
- Monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting additional monitoring tools and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and 1-3+ years of software development and production management experience.
- Strong understanding of Java, Unix/Linux environments, and SQL.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Knowledge of cluster computing and big data solutions, such as Spark, Hadoop, HDFS, and XRS.
- Experience working with Kafka, MongoDB, and microservices-based architecture.
