Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled L2 Support professional to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology stack, including infrastructure and application, and excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Participate in disaster recovery tests and power down events
