**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.
**About the Job**
The Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for processing all guest check-ins, handling payments, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. You will also be required to answer phone calls, respond to guest requests, and provide information about our hotel and local attractions.
**Salary Range**
The estimated salary for this position is between $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our hotel offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for advancement.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using computer systems and able to process transactions accurately. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.
