About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Financial Contract Reporting and Administration (FCRA) department at 332 Discovery Networks Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. as a Financial Administrative Assistant. The FCRA team is responsible for handling contractual reporting to various entities, including talent and co-production companies, on all Warner Bros. Discovery film, television, home entertainment, games, and new media libraries using the latest in enterprise technology and software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the FCRA team, including updating and maintaining email distribution lists, arranging offsites, meetings, and training sessions, and handling travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Work in various systems, including setup in the Participations system, ticket creation in JIRA, and Title/Participant creation in eDocs.
  • Onboard new employees for multiple departments, including requesting hardware and requesting/confirming access to various systems used by each department.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of special projects and department activities, including assembling presentations, status reports, and workflow tools.
  • Oversee general department-wide mailboxes and distribution of information as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior work experience.
  • Previous accounting or financial-related experience a plus.
  • Previous entertainment industry work experience a plus.

Education and Training

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent years of work experience required.
  • Accounting or Finance degree a plus.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong PC skills required.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and management.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to adapt and learn new technology.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
