About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development and Support Director to lead our SDR team in Mexico, serving the US market. This role will also build a team of sales support coordinators to support US-based sales executives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Senior Sales Development Representatives and Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Support Coordinators to support the US-based sales team.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence in the US market.
  • Monitor and evaluate the team's performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align the strategy with broader company objectives.
  • Create and maintain a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage team performance.
  • Provide detailed analysis to inform management decisions.
  • Develop training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with HR to recruit a high-caliber team and ensure the team is fully staffed.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the team is on board to support marketing and sales efforts.
About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Knowledge of the US market and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
