About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team in Americas. As a key member of our People and Communications team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules with internal and external trainers, managing wait lists, enrolments, and cancellations, and communicating with learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules with internal and external trainers and managers or business stakeholders
  • Manage the end-to-end process of training, including follow-up communication, feedback surveys, and storage of training materials
  • Manage wait lists, enrolments, and cancellations
  • Communicate with learners, including sending invitations and agreeing changes to enrolments
  • Track approvals, pre-work assignments, test scores, or similar depending on the training
  • Manage the operational elements of selected programs on virtual platforms
  • Make necessary arrangements for in-person trainings, including securing training facilities, catering, and materials
  • Support other operational activities related to training management, including invoices, cost reallocations, documentation management, and other activities as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience, with Learning and Development experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with a Learning Management System, with Workday Learning strongly preferred
  • Excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
