Job Title: Key Account Specialist

At Didi Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of national and international food industry brands, with the goal of increasing sales volume, revenue, profitability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of a restaurant portfolio (Key Accounts) to increase sales volume, revenue, profitability, and user experience.
  • Retrain and manage key account business partners to support their revenue growth.
  • Build long-lasting strong relationships with partners.
  • Execute the annual/quarter/monthly plan in line with the strategy team to match the brand and platform promotion and platform activities.
  • Provide insights and constructive solutions on improving KA's growth.
  • Execute promos and campaigns with the top restaurant chains.
  • Track metrics for recording the success and quality of the restaurants.
Requirements:
  • English language, business fluency.
  • Excel Advance.
  • Two or more years of experience in similar positions.
  • Negotiation skills to have win-win collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Commercial abilities with the focus on account management.
  • Strong strategic & analytical skills.
  • Social versatility. Adapts to different cultures and organizational levels.
