Roles and Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for EOR members, ensuring timely execution and completion of the onboarding/off-boarding process for the America's Region
- Provide a seamless onboarding experience
- Leverage existing technologies and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with payroll for pay and position changes, benefits, and employment tax matters
- Leverage internal and external legal counsel for employment-related matters
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances, coordinating with departments for a smooth process
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, addressing issues as needed
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring EOR compliance
- Create and update policies and procedures that comply with the Labor Code and other applicable laws
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, remaining objective and impartial when investigating complaints or resolving disputes
- Demonstrate strong administrative drive, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Be a smart, motivated self-starter who can work well with limited supervision
- Excel at multitasking, organisation, attention to detail, accountability, problem-solving, and time management
- Be tech-savvy with strong computer skills, fluent in Multiplier systems and tools
- Be a team player with a friendly and professional demeanour

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resources
- 5-8 years of experience in HR-related roles, with prior experience in the EOR domain an advantage
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations across the America's Region
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient in HRIS software
