Customer Experience Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute geolocation validation processes according to established criteria and protocols.
- Analyze and review data related to Operation's SLAs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and quality of data collected.
- Identify and report potential gaps or errors in geographic information.
- Support tasks related to the Retailing the Network project and Zendesk Ticketing System Configuration for RevOps teams.
Requirements:
- Active student in the last semesters of a bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Engineering / Administration / International Business).
- Intermediate-advanced level of English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (preferred but not required).
