About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Global Service Center team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless end-to-end shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives and drive results.
Requirements
  • Recent college graduates in Business Administration and International Trade, preferred.
  • English B2, required.
  • Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to multi-task and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Customer-centricity and Service-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Conflict resolution, strong problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
  • Customer Service and/or direct call handling experience.
