Administrative Coordinator

Job Overview:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records for the company's foreign trade operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electronic files for all documents related to accounts payable and fiscal requirements.
- Update import documents and customs brokers files on a weekly basis.
- Record travel expenses and down payment settle reports.
- Support the fiscal area in responding to SAT requirements.
- Participate in quarterly physical inventory and internal audit requirements.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in general accounting.
Skills: Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables, and formulas. Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred Skills: SAP experience.
Work Environment:
This role requires occasional travel to Torreon.
