Job Description

At Arrow Electronics, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate II to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to providing exceptional customer experiences through order management for light manufacturing orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.
  • Responsible for the Post-booking to Invoice process, including maintenance of Value-Added orders and follow-up to complete the post-booking process.
  • Manage backlogs and work closely with the buyer and different portals to expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands.
  • Pull reports from our Business Intelligence system and work with SWAPS, Internal Requisitions, and Allocations/Constraints Materials.
  • Manage inbound customer order formats and work with COP inventory and Customer Owned Parts.
  • Support the sales team with direct customer contact, coordinating reports, and providing the first point of escalation after the initial set of expedites.
  • Work closely with the asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with FA engineers to set up orders in the system.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and 3-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
  • Industry experience is preferred in a similar field.
  • Must be familiarized with BOMs, ERP systems (Oracle is a plus), Business Intelligent systems, and the Quoting process.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Experience supporting sales efforts and communication skills, teamwork-oriented, and ability to communicate fluently in English.
