Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate II to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Guadalajara, MX. As a key member of our Global Work(place) Forward team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional internal and external customer service, managing the order to invoice process, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert customer service, interfacing directly with customers and recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, planning, warehouse, transportation, quality, buyers, and other departments to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify potential issues and proactively take corrective actions to improve the order to invoice process.
  • Work closely with ERP and CRM systems to ensure accurate information and efficient communication.
  • Receive and review status reports from customers, send updates or changes, and take ownership of key accounts and expanded activities.
  • Act as a first point of escalation for expedites, returns, order adjustments, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Process quality requests, initiate CAR and FQR analysis, and correct post-delivery issues.
  • Retrieve order invoices, credit memos, packing slip reprints, and other documentation required by customers.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a 3-4 year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Leadership and teamwork-oriented skills.
  • Attention to detail.
