**Allied Customer Solutions** busca un Supervisor de Servicio al Cliente Médico para ayudar y manejar un equipo que trabaja con nuestros muchos clientes estadounidenses. Buscamos un perfil que se desenvuelva bien en entornos dinámicos y tenga experiencia previa como Supervisor de Centro de Llamadas.

**Responsabilidades**:

  • Acumplir objetivos del departamento supervisando y monitoreando procesos de trabajo.
  • Acumplir resultados del trabajo mediante la formación, el consejo y la disciplina de los empleados.
  • Implementar y hacer cumplir sistemas y procedimientos.
  • Mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro y saludable estableciendo y haciendo cumplir estándares de la organización.
  • Completa operaciones desarrollando horarios, asignando y monitoreando trabajo, implementando estándares de productividad, resolviendo problemas de operaciones y implementando nuevos procedimientos.
  • Proporciona servicio de calidad haciendo cumplir estándares de calidad y servicio al cliente.
  • Contribuye al esfuerzo del equipo realizando resultados relacionados según sea necesario.
