TTI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our Mexico Global Resource Center team. This role provides critical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and expedite customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery through effective coordination with the Branch Coordination group.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status, utilizing the sales database to resolve inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and customers to resolve issues, ensuring a smooth sales-to-shipping process.
  • Develop and maintain effective remote work communication with the Branch, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
  • Participate in regular Branch meetings and discussions, utilizing live chat, video conferencing, or phone calls as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients, establishing positive relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with processing customer quotes, performing stock checks, and obtaining delivery information using the computer supplier access.
  • Process order confirmation files, reviewing data for accuracy.
  • Support Sales Representatives by returning customer calls, sending sales literature, and researching customer return authorizations and replacement orders.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma with 6 months' experience in customer support or a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of company product lines, services, policies, and procedures, with the ability to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to write routine business correspondence.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute and perform basic mathematical calculations.
