About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Traffic Tech. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the movement of freight across North America and globally, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate with shippers and carriers to secure optimal logistics solutions.
  • Monitor shipment tracking, pickup, and delivery to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide logistics and technology solutions to clients.
  • Perform minor accounting functions and data entry to support business operations.
  • Visit clients on-site to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with decision-makers and serve as a consultative resource for customers.
  • Maintain operational efficiencies for the book of business.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 1+ years of experience in the logistics industry.
  • Customer service and sales experience.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high-level multi-tasking abilities.
  • Professional phone mannerisms and an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be available to work Monday through Friday and every other weekend.
