The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Partner. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing assigned accounts in line with our organisational strategy, goals, policies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the sales team to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with the organisational strategy, goals, policies, and processes.
  • Builds a good understanding of target customers and their business.
  • Maximises the impact of transactional sales through effective probing and lead qualification.
  • Provides a personalised service and builds relationships with customers.
  • Tracks competitor information and market trends and suggests required action.
  • Formulates and manages service contracts with customers.
  • Communicates service or rate changes, notable trends, policies, and other relevant information to assigned accounts.
  • Assists with processing price quotes and rate negotiations.
  • Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
  • Is typically responsible for supporting a small/medium size impact client base in any size cluster.

We are Looking for:

We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of work experience in freight forwarding, experience working with both import and export processes, and experience in sales (inside sales). The ideal candidate will have an intermediate level of English and MS Office skills, as well as strong time management skills and a sense of urgency.
