About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales growth initiatives in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting strategic direction, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring global targets are met. Additionally, they will provide operational management support to customers and foster effective customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will manage first-line sales managers, provide business performance reports, and collaborate with senior management to set forecasts and budgets. They will also review sales performance to refine the sales strategy and drive synergies with cross-functional teams. Furthermore, they will promote remote working and travel to different locations within Mexico.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a university-educated professional with extensive experience in sales management, preferably in a cross-functional and matrix environment. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to build trusting relationships across the business, and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
