About the Role

Milliken & Company is a global manufacturing leader that leverages its expertise in materials science to deliver innovative solutions to its customers. As a Global Key Account Manager for Consumer Packaged Goods and Polyurethane, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with key accounts in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic account management plan to drive revenue growth and expand Milliken's presence in the Mexican market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and business development activities within Milliken's CRM system.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, sales materials, and other marketing collateral to support sales efforts and build customer relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to ensure Milliken remains competitive and innovative in the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the consumer packaged goods, polyurethane, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of success in key account management, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a minimum of 50% of time spent on the road.
