Job Title: Global Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Key Account Manager to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our Food Enzyme business, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Managers to drive global sales growth.
  • Manage all aspects of the selling cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales and/or account management experience in the food industry.
  • Strong technical background in food science, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
