As a Key Account Manager, CPG & PU, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth for our Consumer Packaged Goods and Polyurethane businesses in Mexico.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager, CPG & PU. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex accounts and distributors, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth through product and business model innovations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through product and business model innovations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Provide sales support and training to customers and distributors
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development in the Consumer Packaged Goods and Polyurethane industries
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
