Sales and Growth Strategist for Higher Education

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Growth Strategist to join our team at Turnitin, Llc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business efforts in higher education across Latin America.
This role requires a deep understanding of the LATAM higher education market, particularly medical and health sciences schools. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop effective sales enablement materials and coordinate joint sales calls.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related work experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education technology or software industry. You will need strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.
As a remote-centric organization, you will be required to travel within the LATAM region as needed. We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target institutions.
- Sales Process Management: Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline management.
You will also be required to stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in the LATAM higher education market.
