We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategist to join our Sales Team in the Benelux region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by researching, approaching, and winning new customers to expand 1NCE's market share in your assigned territory.

To achieve this goal, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, a consultative approach, and excellent communication skills. You should have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in customer acquisition, and be able to develop relationships with industry partners and educate them on 1NCE's offerings.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for working with a dynamic team focused on creating a high-growth company in a short timeframe. Fluency in spoken and written English and Dutch (Flemish) is mandatory for this position, and additional language proficiency is a plus.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth, flexible working hours, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a work-around-the-globe program, Nilo.Health platform, and 26 days of paid annual leave.
