**ROLE OVERVIEW**:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Boldr. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, researching, consulting, closing, and handing over new client opportunities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

  • Communicate with clients to gather information about their scope, budgets, and timelines
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss client goals, progress, and outcomes
  • Assemble new teams to meet clients' or businesses' goals
  • Report and record sales activities in a web-based CRM system
  • Prospect and nurture leads that fit Boldr's ideal target demographic
  • Prepare and present proposals and bids
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients
  • Understand a company's needs and consult with clients to recommend the best Boldr solutions
  • Connect with the appropriate decision-maker on the client side
  • Owning the sales process and communication for all leads
  • Monitor and forecast sales performance and funnel through sales tracking tools
  • Attend conferences and host customer events/visits
  • Travel up to 40% of the month

**REQUIREMENTS**:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales selling complex customized solutions
  • Expert using HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform basic data analysis
  • Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind
  • Customer-focused mentality and ability to adapt/respond to clients with diverse backgrounds
