About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team in Mexico City, with a focus on the Cosmetics and Footwear segment of our ICT Business. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for serving and facilitating the management of medium and small accounts in Mexico and the Andean Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make the customer journey and experience easy, effective, and enjoyable.
  • Deliver against CXI targets.
  • Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
  • Negotiation is key: Managing prices across the customer portfolio.
  • Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
  • Search new product development opportunities within the market.
  • Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer's organization.
  • Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
  • Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
  • Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
  • Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in combination of Sales, Technical or marketing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial background.
  • Resiliency and fight for growth mindset.
