- Team Leadership: Lead media buyers, creative strategists, and video editors.
- Communication: Communicate with customer support to identify and implement improvements in the product and on the website/funnels.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Digital Marketing: At least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing as a growth officer or similar role.
- E-commerce Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in the e-commerce space, ideally with supplements.
- Scrum Experience: At least 1 year of Scrum experience.
- Performance Marketing: Strong background in performance marketing and direct response marketing.
- Scaling and Managing Brands: Proven track record of scaling and managing health and wellness brands from multiple 7-figures monthly.
- VSL-style Video Marketing: Experience with VSL-style video marketing.
- Traffic Channels: Experience on traffic channels (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Team Leadership: Experience leading a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Media Buying and Creative Strategy: Experience in media buying and creative strategy is highly desirable.
