About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Growth to join our team at Remotivate. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Identify and assign new opportunities for testing creative ideas and new funnels to respective team members.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to facilitate efficient workflow.
  • Media Buying and Creative Strategy: Leverage prior experience as a media buyer and deep understanding of e-commerce metrics in a performance marketing environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create and maintain comprehensive reports.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan strategically for 90 days or more to achieve results and revenue targets, understanding the responsibilities and goals for each field, including email marketing, Meta, and Google.
  • Innovation and Idea Generation: Contribute innovative ideas and strategic plans to drive success.
  • Customer Loyalty: Increase LTV and recurring revenue by building new strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Lead media buyers, creative strategists, and video editors.
  • Communication: Communicate with customer support to identify and implement improvements in the product and on the website/funnels.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing: At least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing as a growth officer or similar role.
  • E-commerce Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in the e-commerce space, ideally with supplements.
  • Scrum Experience: At least 1 year of Scrum experience.
  • Performance Marketing: Strong background in performance marketing and direct response marketing.
  • Scaling and Managing Brands: Proven track record of scaling and managing health and wellness brands from multiple 7-figures monthly.
  • VSL-style Video Marketing: Experience with VSL-style video marketing.
  • Traffic Channels: Experience on traffic channels (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Media Buying and Creative Strategy: Experience in media buying and creative strategy is highly desirable.
