Key Responsibilities:

- Attracting top talent to the customer service team.

- Conducting in-depth interviews with prospects.

- Managing onboarding, training, and performance evaluation activities.

- Developing and implementing performance metrics and appraisal systems.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role with call centers.

- Extensive experience recruiting customer service representatives.

- Ability to lead a team through rapid growth and change.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Fluency in English.

Work Arrangement:

- Full-time, in-person position.

Location:

- Ciudad de México.

Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in call center management.

Language:
