Job Title: Content ManagerResponsibilities
  • Content Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored to the insurance industry, ensuring message consistency across all channels and materials, aligned with the insurer's commercial goals.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee and coordinate the production of written, graphic, and multimedia content, ensuring quality and timely delivery, adapting content for diverse audiences, from end customers to internal teams, optimizing clarity and impact.
  • Optimization and Performance Evaluation: Apply SEO principles and performance analytics to maximize content reach and effectiveness, reviewing and adjusting content strategies based on KPIs, ensuring a data-driven and results-focused approach.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal marketing, technology teams, and the client to ensure content initiatives align with strategic objectives, supporting the integration of content into AI-driven solutions to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Development, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in content creation and management within the insurance or financial sector, familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations, practical knowledge of SEO strategies and digital marketing.
  • Skills and Key Competencies: Excellent writing and content adaptation skills for different audiences, strong organizational abilities to manage editorial calendars and multiple simultaneous projects, proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and data analytics tools, fluent in English, both written and spoken.
