Product and Application Heat Exchanger Specialist for LATAM

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our team in LATAM, focusing on Heat Exchangers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, channel partners, and sales companies in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales companies and channel partners to provide technical expertise and support.
- Design and deliver training programs for our channels and clients on Alfa Laval products, including GPHE.
- Coach sales engineers in designing and preparing information for quotations.
- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, conferences, and fairs.
- Provide customer support and technical knowledge on heat exchanger products and applications.
- Establish a visible presence as a technical expert, both virtually and in person, to solve complex technical issues and discuss our products and applications within the industry.
- Promote the Alfa Laval brand among customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position with technical expertise on products and applications regarding heat transfer.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience in managing CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Experience in B2B & B2C, networking development, channel distribution management, and available to travel 50-70% of the time.
