Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in the French Market. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Qualification: Engage with HR experts, discover their needs, and deliver value through strategic outreach and qualification.
- Lead Generation and Management: Develop and execute lead generation strategies, partner with Account Executives to ensure high-quality leads, and coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the AE team.

- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Product teams to develop and execute sales strategies, and effectively communicate with prospects and clients.

Requirements
