We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Client Success Specialist to join our global Customer Success Team at Jeeves. This role will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer support, driving adoption, retention, and growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class support to our global client portfolio
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage and resolve customer tickets efficiently using Zendesk, Hubspot, and Linear
- Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and develop strategies to achieve growth
- Document processes and enhancements to improve internal team efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in support roles
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese being a plus
- Experience with Zendesk Platform and Hubspot is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
