We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Control IT Director to join our team at Advanced Accelerator Applications (Italy) - S.p.A. as a key member of our Quality IT Global Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery and operations of IT applications that enable our Quality Control laboratories across all our sites.
About the Role
As a Senior Quality Control IT Director, you will be responsible for:
- Driving solution delivery and implementation of IT applications as standards for our laboratories
- Partnering with our Quality Control personnel to understand their needs and priorities, and delivering solutions to meet their needs
- Providing day-to-day support and engagement with external teams supporting the delivery and operations of our IT applications
- Delivering and maintaining key CSV documentation to support design and implementation of processes within our Quality Control area
- Collaborating with QC stakeholders across time zones
- Pro-actively identifying and communicating risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Sharing learnings and experiences across teams to implement best practices
- Identifying, shaping, and prioritizing technology enhancements for our QC-IT systems
- Supporting the maintenance and enhancement of our IT applications
- Participating in vendor governance activities and other activities as required by management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's university degree or higher
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control
- LIMS Administrator or Super User experience (LabWare LIMS is preferred)
- Strong technical and business skills
