Salesforce Technical Support Specialist

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to provide technical support and guidance to users across the North American Sales organization and third-party Agent partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Salesforce Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective resolution of user issues and requests related to Salesforce functionality, configuration, and performance. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve issues, test Salesforce enhancements or data migration requirements, and ensure quality and accuracy. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain data quality in Salesforce Sales and Partner Sales Platform, perform regular audits, and communicate results to sales users and leaders.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field.
**Skills:**
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve user issues and requests. Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with users and stakeholders of different levels and backgrounds. Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
